A long –time student of Chogyam Trungpa, Ann joined the Nalanda Translation Committee in 1986. She studied Tibetan at Naropa University, mainly with Dzigar Kongtrul, and she taught Tibetan at Naropa from 1991-2000. After 30 years in Boulder, Ann now lives at Padma Samye Ling, the retreat center in upstate New York of Khenpo Palden Sherab and Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal. Since 1997 she has been translating primarily with Ringu Tulku, and she also translates practice texts for Dharma Samudra, the Khenpo brothers’ publication group.

Currently, Ann is translating Gampopa’s Great Teachings to the Assembly with Ringu Tulku.

Lama Mipham's Miracles (The Victorious Battle Drum), a biography of Mipham Namgyal Gyatso by Khenpo Jigme Phuntsok. The Guide to Liberation, a Guru Yoga of Mipham Namgyal Gyatso by Khenpo Thubten Tsondru.
