Anu Yoga (rjes su rnal 'byor). The second of the three inner tantras corresponding to the eighth of the nine vehicles; emphasizes knowledge (prajna) rather than means (upaya) and the completion stage rather than the development stage. The view of Anu Yoga is that liberation is attained through growing accustomed to the insight into the nondual nature of space and wisdom.
