Does anyone know who is or who wrote "Kyabje Tulku Rinpoche". Who wrote this can they put a full name. Or can we take it out?

I've met him many times, but I don't know much about his background unfortunately. Along with Lopon Jigme, he is the teacher chatral rinpoche most often has teach in his stead. In any case, please don't discuss taking out red links unless you have some basis to think they are incorrect. Cort
