1) all among (these), among all (of these), all those among (these); 2) in all cases, in every case (among these); 3) all without exception. Same as thams cad kyang. Generally the kyang does indeed have a specific meaning which should ideally be translated, other than simply "all". [Erick Tsiknopoulos]
