dGa' ba'i rDo rje (1995) describes six main copper ores. zangs rdo mchogs, Chalcocite, zangs rdo khra bo, Bornite, zangs rdo sngon po, Covellite, zangs rdo gser po, explained under gser rdo (chalcopyrite), zangs rdo sngo mthing, explained under mthing sngon (azurite), and zangs rdo ljang gu, explained under spang ma (malachite).
