-I am not sure if this is the same as Tarthang Tulku's Terton Dechen Lingpa (gter ston bde chen gling pa) as the dates given by him are 1562-1622. [[Chronology of Buddhism by Matthieu Ricard]] gives the dates as "1514-1545 /KS " for Urgyen Dechen Lingpa, and I have yet to find any other sources for him yet.If anyone can help please do so!!
