Third of the twenty one emanations of Tara according to the tradition of Sūryagupta.

ཕྱག་འཚལ་སེར་སྔོ་ཆུ་ནས་སྐྱེས་ཀྱིས། །པདྨས་ཕྱག་ནི་རྣམས་པར་བརྒྱན་མ། །

Description
