the rewd-faced region [ordinary Tibetan people color skya bo rang but reddish hence called the red faced region, in the sutras too, it say in the red faced region the dharma would spread &, in Indian annals it says Tibetan have ugly red faces, and T's old writings rgyal po'i bka' thang etc. also says so] [IW]
