Tibetan-English Dictionary, Dharma Glossaries, and Resources
Currently this Dharma Dictionary has 182512 entries.

General Information

This lexicon is currently being updated and we hope it can develop into a Dharma Dictionary. Currently it contains free resources for the "circle of lotsawas" involved in the translation of Buddhist texts and teachings from Tibetan into Western languages.

Search the dictionary

Use the search box on the top right to search for any tibetan term in Wylie transliteration. (examples: sems, rig pa, snying rje). Searches can also be made in Tibetan Unicode (example 'ཀྱག་གྲིར་འཆི།).
