ltar na, by itself, means "in that case"; gang gi don du means "for the sake of which" so, by extrapolation, it seems gang gi ltar na should mean something like "in which case," "in the case of which" (this seems the best), "whatever the case," or "in whichever case," ... [mss] [RY]
