	This is one of the[[Four Stakes to Bind the Life-Force]], a key set of principles in the tantric teachings of the [[Nyingma]] school. In particular, this particular stake relates to the recognition of the nature of reality ([[chos nyid]]) and wisdom ([[ye shes]]).
