The two subsequent main types of [[transmission]] are [[Kama]] and [[Terma]]. Practices are based on both the [[Three Outer Tantras]] and [[Three Inner Tantras]] with emphasis on the practice of the [[Inner Tantras]] of [[Mahayoga]], [[Anu Yoga]] and [[Ati Yoga]] [RY]
