Natural earth medicine. Yeshi (2018) identifies se rul with Bismuth (Bi), a creamish to reddish white metal with iridescent tarnish. Mining sites in Tibet (mindat.org). The image of the Medical Thangkas the earth plaster of a house wall. Das (1902) gives 'probably bismuth, also yak-cow's dung collected in autumn for manure'.
