Rangjung Dorje, rang byung rdo rje, (1284-1339). He was a contemporary of the great Longchen Rabjam (klong chen rab 'byams) of whom he was both master and student. Rangjung Dorje and Longchenpa studied together under Rigdzin Kumaradza (rig 'dzin ku ma ra dza ye shes gzhon nu 1266-1343) and consulted each other frequently on various points.
