The Shel phreng describes 2 types, a copper coloured one and a dark blue one.
Rose quartz is a pink variety of quartz which occurs in 2 varieties. One is found in translucent masses and never forms crystals. It occurs in different hues of pink, sometimes bluish, sometimes more reddish; irradiation may cause the formation of smoky quartz color centers and add a gray tone. The second variety occurs in well-formed crystals of similar color. It's color is very light- and heat sensitive and bleach upon UV exposure (mindat.org)
