1) lead; 2) zha nye dkar po, white lead /([IW]

(med) Lead, Pb (Drungtso 1999, Yeshi 2018). Synonyms : zha ne, zha nye, tson ma teng (Yeshi 2018). Native lead is rare; lead is far more commonly found and mined as the lead sulphide mineral galena. Galena is the primary ore mineral of lead. Worked for its lead content as early as 3000 BC. Often contains silver and is a frequent ore of that metal as well (mindat.org).
