The Shel phreng describes 4 minerals in a single notice : smug po sbal rgyab (identified with the iron oxides Hematite), dkar po sbal rgyab (identified with Stalactites or Limestone, basically Calcium carbonate), dkar po chig thub (identified with Gypsum or Anhydrite, Calcium sulfate) and smug po chig thub (identified with the iron oxide/hydroxide Goethite).
