pushkar mula is the Indian name of Inula racemosa (tib. ma nu pa tra), whereas Hellenia speciosa is called in several Indian languages koshta, kushtam etc. kush ta again is given as synonym for ru rta, Costus. The 3 notices of ma nu pa tra, pushkar mu la and ru rta appear in successif order in the Shel gong, where a large part of the first 2 notices goes to a discussion about the word meaning.
