1) garlic, leek. 2) sgog pa, sgags pa, bsgag pa, sgogs trans. v [RY]


(med) The Shel gong divides sgog pa in 2 groups, sgog skya and sgog sngon. sgog skya has 2 or 3 types (sgog skya, sgog dmar and btsong sgog) and includes the cultivated species garlic and onion. Within sgog sngon there are 7 types described (ri sgog, brag sgog, 'dzim nag, rgya sgog, klung sgog, byi'u sgog and rug sgog), basically wild garlics and onions.
The Eye Ornament has 3 notices, ri sgog, sgog and btsong.
