four activities (las bzhi). Performed for the sake of others by accomplished yogins: pacifying sickness, obstacles, mental obscurations, and ignorance; enriching merit, life span, glory, prosperity, and wisdom; bringing under control the good qualities, life force, and powerful energies of the three worlds; and subjugating wrathfully outer and inner negative forces, and obstacle-makers.
