Jamgon Kongtrul states in his All-Encompassing Knowledge: "Mahayoga emphasizes means upaya, the development stage, and this view that liberation is revealed through growing accustomed to the insight into the nature of the indivisibility of these superior two truths". The superior two truths in Mahayoga are purity (ka dag) and equality (btang snyoms).
