1) unconfined, unrestricted, unceasing, ceaseless; not limited to, unobstructed, freely, unlimited, unhindered, free from obstruction, [able to manifest emanations]. 2) unceasing, rtsal sna tshogs 'gag med its strength manifold and unceasing. (RY)
