Honey from the Center of the Flower, a Dharma History by Nyang Ral Nyima Oser (1124-1192). 459 pages. Published by VGH Wissenschaftverlag, 1985. Tibetan title: (chos 'byung me tog snying po sbrang rtsi'i bcud). One of the oldest historical narrations of the transmission of Buddhism to Tibet, with special emphasis on the life and teachings of Padmasambhava. Two additional versions of this scripture were published by Lama Tenpa by the order of His Holiness Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.
