Jowo Chati, a mural in the temple of Götsang Ling, Yolmo

Jowo Chati (jo bo cha ti), a local protective deity of the Yolmo region of northern Nepal. Occasionally referred to as the male consort of the main protective deity of Yolmo, Jomo Yangri (jomo g.yang ri). Together with her and Genyen Leru (dge bsnyen gle ru), he is one of three indigenous deities of the Yolmo region, which is also known as a so-called hidden land called sbas yul padma tshal.
