Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche:

"The only way to clear up the problem of samsaric existence is to dissolve ignorance into the primordial ground. This is done by simply recognizing the natural state of mind and not perpetuating the habit of dualistic clinging; simply let be in naturalness, without accepting or rejecting.

"Thought is the root and creator of samsara.

"There is only one way to be perpetually free of the Three Poisons and end samsara: to grow fully trained in the recognition of mind essence, so that here is no longer any break in the seeing of this indivisible empty cognizance -- so it is unbroken throughout day and night.

"The state of being a buddha is undeluded like the sun shining in the cloudless sky."
