One of the primary lineage holders of Kathok Monastery. Moktsa Rinpoche currently lives primarily in Kham, Eastern Tibet, though he occasionally travels to other Asian countries. In recent years, he has given major empowerments in Nepal at the monastery of Bairo Rinpoche in Boudhanath.
