1) buddhaverse, buddha-field, buddha-realm, buddha-domain, buddha-land, buddha-world, buddha-sphere, buddha-dimension, buddha-kingdom; 2) universe of the buddhas, field of the buddhas, realm of the buddhas, land of the buddhas, world of the buddhas, sphere of the buddhas, dimension of the buddhas, kingdom of the buddhas. Essentially synonymous with sangs rgyas kyi zhing khams, the term can refer to either a Pure Land (dag pa'i zhing or dag pa'i zhing khams) and/or a regular world-system ('jig rten gyi khams).
