Skt. cakravartin. 1) universal king, universal emperor, universal monarch, universal ruler; 2) wheel-turning king, wheel-turning emperor, wheel-turning monarch, wheel-turning ruler; 3) world-turning king, world-turning emperor, world-turning monarch, world-turning ruler. Alternate spelling of the more common 'khor los bsgyur ba'i rgyal po.
