She studied Tibetan at [[Naropa University]], mainly with [[Dzigar Kongtrul]], and she taught Tibetan at Naropa from 1991-2000. After 30 years in Boulder, Ann has lived at [[Padma Samye Ling]], the retreat center in upstate New York of [[Khenchen Palden Sherab]] and [[Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal]] for eight years. Since 1997 she has been translating primarily with [[Ringu Tulku]], and she also translates for [[Dharma Samudra]], the Khenpo brothers’ publication group.

Ann Helm

Short description
