Channels, winds and essences (rtsa rlung thig le).
- Nadi, prana and bindu; the constituents of the vajra body. The channels are the 72,000 channels and the 40 million minor channels abiding in the body. The winds are the 21,600 winds circulating within the nadis. Connected with them, the essences which are the white and red bindus permeate. These three aspects are the subtle bases for body, speech and mind. [RY]
