Four Classes of Tantra (rgyud sde bzhi)

  • The four successive vehicles of the tantras, namely: Kriyātantra, Ubhayatantra, Yogatantra, and Unsurpassed Yogatantra (Anuttarayogatantra), the last of which, from the rNying-ma point of view includes the vehicles of Mahāyoga, Anuyoga and Atiyoga.
