Yachar Ngonmo Rinchen Gyalpo and Rongpa Dudul Lingpa brought this out as a Hidden-treasure and then hid again, it then appeared as a rediscovered terma, in accordance with The Moon Rays that Bring Joy to All, by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo. This empowerment liturgy was authored by Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye as part of his Rinchen Terdzo.
