1) pathetic, pitiable; 2) ridiculous, absurd; 3) awkward, silly; 3) substandard, subpar, mediocre. Very colloquial term with a generally negative connotation, if something (or someone) is "gob to" it generally means something like "crappy" or "poor quality". [Erick Tsiknopoulos]
