The 39th Emperor of Tibet, reigning (797-799). He was the eldest of three sons of the king Trisong Deutsen. He established four major places to worship the Tripitaka and the abhisambodhi.
According to sources, his reign ended when he was poisoned by his mother, and was succeeded by his brother Mutri Tsenpo.
