kha slog rgyag
SNT: used this word as "mar kha slog" to describe how a PM would "strike back" at his ministers. kha slog rgyag seems to mean "to strike back, to bite back". CM gives two meanings: 1) tshur zug pa, which seems to mean "to inflict pain back, to strike back" which it illustrates with the example "It is good if a watchdog that "kha slog rgyags" its own is pierced with a stick and thrown out a great distance." (bdag por kha slog rgyag pa'i sgo khyi ni/ dbyug pas bsnun te rgyang ring bskrad na legs.) "to bite the hand that feeds you"?; and 2) gyen log byed, which MG gives as "to revolt, rise up." [mss]
