3. Ligustrum lucidum W.T.Aiton (Oleaceae) Glossy privet (Molvray 1988 H). Cited from a northern source.
da li and ba lu coincides with small, dwarf or prostrate shrub rhododendrons, stag ma with shrub or tree rhododendrons (as given in Flora of China). da li and stag ma are used for their flowers. ba lu is treated in the leaf section of the medicinal tree chapter.
