1. Terminalia bellirica (Gaertn.) Roxb. (Combretaceae) Beleric or Bastard myrobalan (Wangyal 2020)
2. Crataegus sanguinea Pall. (Rosaceae) Siberian hawthorn (Molvray 1988 G). Cited from northern sources, certainly a substitute used by mongol and buryat practioners.

The second of the 3 Myrobalans which open the plant section in the Shel gong (a ru ra, ba ru ra, skyu ru ra).
