3. Tamarindus indica L. (Fabaceae) Tamarind (Molvray 1988 Dh). Sanskrit tintriṇī, ciñcā (Pandanus). Some sources cited in Molvray (1988) identify the tamarind with bse yab, others with da trig.
4. Garcinia indica (Thouars) Choisy (Clusiaceae) Kokum (Dash 1989). Sanskrit vṛkṣāmla (Dash 1989).
5. Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. (Schisandraceae ) Chinese Magnolia Vine ('Phrin Las 1987). Cultivated for it's fruit, the Magnolia berry or Five-flavoured berry.
6. Schisandra sphaerandra Stapf. (Schisandraceae ) (Molvray 1988 T)
7. Rhamnus erythroxylum Pall.( Rhamnaceae) Redwood Buckthorn (Molvray 1988 G). Cited from northern sources, certainly a substitute for mongol and buryat practitioners.
