1. Uncaria scandens (Sm.) Wall. (Rubiaceae) Gambier's claw (Wangyal 2020). Standard drug for khyung sder (Boesi 2006)
2. Uncaria rhynchophylla (Mig.) Miq. (Rubiaceae) Gambier's claw (Molvray 1988 H)
3. Saussurea katochaete Maxim. (Asteraceae) Saw wort (Wangyal 2020). Reported name khyung sder dkar po. Substitute for Uncaria sp. (Boesi 2006). Generally, Saw worts are under kon pa gab skyes.
4. Monachosorum henryi Christ. (Dennstaedtiaceae) Fern (Wangchuk 2011 Bhutan). Reported name khyung der dkar po.
5. Saussurea stella Maxim. (Asteraceae) Snow ball plant (Wangyal 2020). Reported name khyung sder smug po. Synonym : yu mo sol gang (Dawa 2009). Substitute for Uncaria sp. (Boesi 2006). Generally, Snow ball plants are under bya rgod sug pa.
