According to The Ocean-like Annals (deb ther rgya mtsho), History of Amdo by K�nchok Rabgye: 1) Purang, Mang Yul, and Sangkar (spu rang, mang yul, zang dkar), making the first land; 2) Li, Drusha, and Balti (li, bru sha, sbal ti), making the second land; and 3) Shang Shung, Triteh and T�meh (zhang zhung, khri te, stod smad), making the third land [RY]
