Irregularly-numbered Signs/Trigrams ('chol bu)
- When the natal months are calculated, the hare, horse, bird and mouse, which represent the mid-seasonal months, are designated as irregularly numbered signs. Also, according to the Mottled Turtle (rus sbal khra mo) tradition, and the Gathering of All Precious Elements ('byung ba rin chen kun 'dus), Zin is considered to be an irregularly numbered trigram.
