sgang steng sprul sku - Gangteng Tulku. Same as: pad gling rgyal sras.
Incarnations of of rgyal sras pad ma 'phrin las. Their traditional seat is at sgang steng gsang sngags chos gling in the Pobjika valley, in the Wangdipodrang District of Bhutan. CF
