Talc (Mg3Si4O10(OH)2) is almost always found in foliated masses ranging from white to beautiful bluish green. Usually found in metamorphic rocks with abundant carbonate minerals associated. Named after Arabic "talq", pure, probably alluding to the color of its powder (mindat.org)
