Crest Cave, at Labchi [RY]
The crest cave ([[ze phug]]) of [[Jetsun Milarepa]], the highest of Milarepa's retreat caves at [[Lapchi]], at an altitude of about 4500m. To the right of it, and slightly up the mountain, he left a clearly visible footprint in the rock. To the left is a small spring which is said to be an offering of the Four-armed Mahakala to Milarepa, when he was in retreat there and ran out of water. [TSD]
