How's it going??? Say, with Chokgyur Linpga having passed away in 1870, how can Khakyab Dorje have been enthroned by all these people "along with ... Terchen Chokgyur Lingpa ..." in 1871 or even rather later???

How's it going??? Say, with Chokgyur Linpga having passed away in 1870, how can Khakyab Dorje have been enthroned by all these people "along with ... Terchen Chokgyur Lingpa ..." in 1871 or even rather later???
