Lungten Tselchen Phuk, at [[Lapchi]], the "Prophesied Cave of the Great Forest", situated just below [[Chöra Gephel Ling]] monastery. Acording to local history, and to a guide to Lapchi, composed in 1901 by the 34th throne holder ([[gdan rabs]]) of the [[Drikung Kagyu]], [[bstan ’dzin chos kyi blo gros]] (1869-1906), this cave was not used by Milarepa himself but by a student of [[Drikung Kyobpa Jigten Sumgön]], who prophesied that he would achieve great realisation there. Lungten Phuk at Lapchi, Nov. 2005

Lungten Tselchen Phuk, at Lapchi, the "Prophesied Cave of the Great Forest", situated just below Chöra Gephel Ling monastery. Acording to local history, and to a guide to Lapchi, composed in 1901 by the 34th throne holder (gdan rabs) of the Drikung Kagyu, bstan ’dzin chos kyi blo gros (1869-1906), this cave was not used by Milarepa himself but by a student of Drikung Kyobpa Jigten Sumgön, who prophesied that he would achieve great realisation there.
