object of attention/ mediation [IW]

1) the object of visualization/focus/attention, that which is to be visualized/focused upon/attended to (i.e. a specific visualization or a particular part of a visualization which is focused upon during a certain section of a practice, such as in a Deity Yoga practice etc.); 2) an objective, goal or specified aim, or otherwise something which is given specific attention in a certain context (similar to dmigs yul but generally with a sense of attentive necessity); 3) in certain practices, especially for magnetizing, the people or things which are to be focused on as the objects of one's aim in the practice, such as for magnetizing.
