Twenty Commitments concerning the Attainments, according to Anu Yoga. According to Jamgon Kongtrul, shes bya kun khyab mdzod, Vol. 2, pp. 185-186, they are as follows:

  1. one should not injure the body of, or disobey the commands of one's master of indestructible reality,
  2. one should not enjoy one's teacher's consort,
  3. one should not distribute the feast-offerings of the faithful,
  4. one should neither defile the wealth of the precious jewels and the learned, nor drink ale to the point of intoxication,
  5. one should not enjoy the female consort of a vajra brother,
  6. one should not adhere to a consort who lacks the appropriate signs,
  7. one should not adhere to sacra mental substances which lack the appropriate signs,
  8. one should not depreciate the attributes of the learned,
  9. one should not teach the secret doctrines to unworthy recipients,
  10. one should not abandon a consort who has the appropriate signs, or a student who is a worthy recipient,
  11. one should separate neither the genuine bliss and emptiness, nor the symbolic male and female deities,
  12. one should not quarrel at home even with one's siblings, or spouse,
  13. one should not enjoy that which has been enjoyed and left over by others,
  14. one should not covet the teacher's seat,
  15. one should not break one's natural retreat,
  16. one should not abandon contemplation out of indolence,
  17. one should not interrupt recitation and rituals with the words of men,
  18. one should not transgress the seals which symbolize empowerment, nor should one forget their symbolism,
  19. one should not disturb the mandala of yogis, nor divert the strength of living beings,
  20. and one should continuously bear one's master upon the crown of one's head. GD
