Genuine discrimination with respect to dharmas, meaning, language, and eloquence.

These four unhindered discernments—the essentials through which the buddhas impart their teachings—comprise (1) unhindered discernment of meaning, (2) unhindered discernment of the doctrine, (3) unhindered discernment of etymology, and (4) unhindered discernment of inspiration.
