hastaka, (1)¦ (m.; = Pali hatthaka, cf. hasta 3) fan, see mayūra-ha°; (2) n. of a śreṣṭhin's son of Śrāvastī who became a disciple: Av ii.147.14 ff. (Pali, DPPN, has two disciples named hatthaka, but neither seems to be this one.)
